Your day, planned to perfection

Here's a breakdown of the day's schedule so you can plan your day with ease. We're so excited to share our special day with you! Below you'll find all the key timings and events to help you make the most of Brad & Brooke's wedding.

Arrival of guests

Please arrive at Jaspers Berry for  3pm. This will give you plenty of time to settle in and find your seat before the ceremony. We can't wait to see you!

Ceremony

The ceremony will commence at 3:30pm and will be held in the courtyard. We anticipate the ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes. 

Group Photos, Bar opens & wedding cake to be cut

Following the ceremony you are  welcome to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the gardens, mingle with other guests, and perhaps enjoy a refreshment or two on the deck for cocktail hour . This will take place between 4:15pm-5:45pm while the bridle party are having photos taken.

Reception 

  • From 5:45 -6:00pm guest will make there way into the Orangery where you'll find your allocated seats. Once seated, there will be a few house rules to run through prior to the bridle parties entrance .

 

 

  

Mains are served 

Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. From 7:15 speeches will commence. 

Dance floor 

From 7:45pm this is where the party starts, let down your hair and put on  your dancing shoes. We cannot wait for you to join us on the dance floor.
